Our main goal is to carefully craft your rings so that they bring you a lifetime of joy. However, in the unlikely event that a defect occurs, we will remedy it for you free of charge. Our warranty covers all defects attributable to faulty workmanship and is applicable throughout Europe, without any time limit. It does not include defects attributable to improper use or normal wear and tear. Please contact the address listed in our legal notice to avail the warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
